March Artist Spotlight: TPL Music

This month’s Artist Spotlight is TPL Music, A group of four local hip-hop artists and producers bonded together through their shared passion for music. TPL consist of Tre Flip$, Buggatti Beatz, On Edge Music, and MCL. Ever since 2013, the four of them have been honing their sound and continuing to mould their craft behind the scenes.

Their potent vibes, high energy, and inspirational party music have lead to a very busy 2019 for them so far, with some very exciting projects on the way. On Edge has been working away producing “Views On the Edge II (V.O.T.E II)” which features artists like MCL from TPL Music , Tiago Vasquez, Tyler skyy, and Swaed. Another project on the rise is MCL’s album “On My Way”. Upon release of the album, there will be a three-part video series that will convey the story behind the album, giving his fans an insider’s look.

In addition to working on new music, the group has been busy hitting many of our local stages. You may have caught some of them opening for artists like Prada West, Snack The Ripper, Merkules, and EazyMac, as well as, headlining their own shows with Live Acts Canada at the Portside Pub and the Backstage Lounge.
